Problems: Wont tolerate wet soil, especially in winter & keep mulch away from plants. Susceptible to stem rot if planted in clay.
Notes: easy to grow, fast growing, heat tolerant. Deadheading encourages re-bloom
Mix in plenty of well-rotted organic matter when planting and apply a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month throughout spring and summer.
